Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. engaged Propel to come up with a marketing solutions program to drive traffic into downtown Fort Worth to shop, play, dine and live.
Solution
A new distinctive brand was developed around their heritage as well as new graphics for billboards, transit, and street banners.
Impact
In a recent national poll, Downtown Fort Worth was rated as being the 5th fastest growing city in the nation. Sales tax revenues are up.
Las Colinas Entertainment Center
Overview
Propel was asked to work on a highly-confidential project—a prospective investor project overview book for a proposed entertainment complex in Irving, Texas. This project was to be a joint venture with the City and private investors.
Solution
Propel worked with diligent speed to engineered a wiro-bound book with digital laminated covers and approximately 150 pages with tabs. Propel shot photography to keep job within budget and to avoid stock imagery costs.
Impact
Project won overwhelming response from the Irving City Council. It won full support from the voters and has been funded. Project is a GO!
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP
Overview
A successful mortgage brokerage firm, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP, was in need of a one-stop source for creating complex offering memoranda for large-scale commercial real estate transactions.
Solution
Propel Group met the client’s demands by developing "go-to-market" strategies involving presentation materials that get these properties out in front of the investors within a 7-day turn.
Impact
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP, continues to be the largest and most successful privately-held commercial real estate capital intermediary in the country by combining capital markets knowledge with local real estate knowledge to successfully complete any type of real estate transaction no matter the size or complexity.
Corrigan Real Estate
Overview
An older, established real estate firm had allowed its brand recognition in the marketplace to erode because of strong competitors, thus losing out on opportunities.
Solution
Propel redefined and reestablished the client via a new sales support collateral program for external and internal audiences. Sales support materials positioned client as a major Dallas player and contributor by picturing the Fountain Sculpture at the gateway of Love Field Airport, graciously donated by the Corrigan family.
Impact
The client's brand was strengthened by designing a family look across all communications materials. The unified look projected corporate strength and their niche focus. Sales revenue goals have risen with the renewed thrust. Commercial real estate listing acquisitions have increased steadily for the last two years.
Downtown Fort Worth, Inc.
Overview
Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. promotes the downtown premises to businesses, to consumers for work, and play. A group of about 60 national media contacts was coming to town. The client had no current comprehensive packet that might spawn accurate and new stories about the progress in Downtown Fort Worth.
Solution
Propel created media packets—“Facts Tool Kit” for the media tour group that included inserts on all informational aspects about the City of Fort Worth including—Residential Renaissance, Office Market, Retail & Entertainment, Hospitality, Quality of Life, In the News, etc. Much data had to be consolidated into comprehensive meaningful kit to aid in research by the media.
Impact
Feedback comments included “Most prepared,”, “Most comprehensive,”, “Most exciting city on the tour”. National media coverage is pending at this date.
Alliance Texas
Overview
Perot Systems, in conjunction with Hillwood Development, were searching for a strong communications and collateral system to advertise their premier development north of Fort Worth.
Solution
After thorough debriefing and a "bird’s-eye-view" helicopter tour over the enormous acreage, Propel Group created unusual branding, collateral and marketing programs as well as signage throughout the vast properties.
Impact
Alliance Texas rapidly became known for the high-caliber development for which it was designed—an all-encompassing commercial and residential community.
