Typical work process

Propel prides itself on delivering creative that generates a response, delivering accuracy, deliverables on time and within budget. It is Propel’s firm belief that these basic work processes insure their consistent ability to do so.

1. Research
   Meet with the client to understand marketing goals, market position, audiences, product or company unique selling points, and discuss budget parameters and target deadlines.
2. Budgets and time lines
   Per the previous conversations, draft and outline estimates inclusive of outside costs and project time lines.
3. Creative concept development
   Concept initial creative, showing the client an evolution of ideas generated by staff designers.
4. Copy and art
   With approvals of concept direction, copy writing and art then begin.
5. Layout and design
   With approval of copy and art, digital file documents are prepared and final layouts are presented for approval. Colors, paper and any remaining production details are finalized.
6. Print/html production and delivery
   Final job proofs are prepared. Upon approval of proofs, then printing/html development concludes. If it is advertising related, publication materials and proofs are prepared and forwarded to client or to specified publications.
